They are red spots that sometimes itch and they come and go. They are always visible either on my arms or my legs. Seems to be most inflamed when exposed to heat, i.e. getting out of the shower or during the summer months. Any help is appriciated.

go see a doc for a proper diagnosis and prognosis. they can take a biopsy and tell you exactly what it is.
no one here is a doc and cannot accurately make a diagnosis.
