About a month ago this red mark appeared on the underside of my shaft. I remember coming out the shower and laying in bed (no lotion) and then started itching my shaft. The next thing i knew this red mark appeared. It is kinda itchy if I don't apply lotion and a little annoying max. Not sure if I should see a doctor or urologist. Any advice would help..

Looks some irritation. Dermatologist is who you need for an answer.
