I've had/noticed these "bumps" on me since before i've been sexually active. theyre soft and theres no texture change from the texture of my own skin, they dont itch and they dont hurt. no idea what they are and i cant afford a doctor right now. please help

They may be lumps caused by shaving.If you had them before you became sexually active and they dont itch, are not sore, and never change then just ignore them.
