Can anyone please tel me what's going with my throat?

Hi all, I am very desperate at the moment.

Something is going on in my throat and has been for about a week.

It feels like my oesophagus is on backwards or something. Every time i eat i seem to belch so much now and it feels like the food is coming up.

I'm so nauseas from there being a lump like feeling sometimes feels like around throat and other times the chest.

It seems to have started mild and is getting progressively worse. I've taken omerapozole 2 tabs daily but they don't seem to help.

Could this be a GERD issue? Cancer? H Pylori? Any advice is appreciated, I feel absolutely horrible and i am not fun to be around. I just feel nauseous and my insides feel so strange along with chest burning/sizzling.

Anybody have any remedies or medication suggestions? Anything is appreciated

    This is the signe of ACIDREFLUX. MAY BE PROBLEM CAUSE BY. H PLORYI BACTRIA

    First off don't panic, it sounds like silent reflux. I started having that lump in my throat feeling in August. It's so uncomfortable, and feels like you're choking. I went to an ENT and they put that scope up my nose that goes down to your throat to look for damage or cancer, they saw nothing but some redness due to post nasal drip. I've been back to the Dr at least 4 times, been taking 40 mgs of Omneprozole, and really no relief. Start by going and getting an endoscopy. That's my next step. Then when you find out they see nothing, you will have to change your eating habits. No Caffeine, smoking, carbonated drinks, citrus fruits, tomatoes, cucumbers, chocolate, All the good foods!! Ugh, but I guess it's just a life changer. Annoying but nothing we can do to change it. Good Luck!!

    This has all started happening quite suddenly for me. It's only the last week where I have literally burped immediately after every single thing that I have eaten or drank and then had terrible nausea coming from my stomach/oesophagus.

    Because of how quick its all been happening and the fact that my stomach makes constant noises (and I have just had diorrhea) I am also suspecting it might be H Pylori. I will go to emergency room today and make sure I get a check.
