Can anyone relate?

Hi everyone,

I have had symptoms on and off now since October and still haven't had a diagnosis. Has anyone else experienced this same set of symptoms? Does it sound autoimmune related to you?

-Dizzyness. Not like the room is spinning, but more like my center of gravity is off and I'm being pulled to one side.

-Body weakness and pain. The feeling like my limbs weigh a thousand pounds and are uncoordinated. Sometimes I feel like I'm about to lose the ability to walk.

-Pressure in my head and ears.

-The feeling like the muscles around my mouth are spasming, but when I look in the mirror nothing looks different.

-Brain fog. Sometimes I feel totally out of it, almost like I'm outside of my own body.

-Pain in my back. Sometimes it feels like pressure, sometimes it feels like my spine is on fire.

Overall it feels like my body is full of inflammation. Sometimes it gets so bad that my teeth hurt because my gums feel so inflamed. These symptoms are almost always present, but I occasionally will have a few days where I feel good and normal and then it feels like a ton of bricks hit me when things start again. I should also mention that I'm 30 years old, slightly overweight, but in otherwise good shape. Thank you in advance for any guidance you can throw my way.

Could it be food related, like a bad allergy.  I didn't find out until my mid 30s that I have a Oats allergy. Causes me to feel like the have the flu, but only 3-7 hours after eating it.  Might try an AIP diet and see if you get any relief.
