Can anyone suggest me the best anti snoring spray to cure snoring?

I do snore a lot sad I had tried many home remedies but no one prove helpful for me. Now, one of my friend suggest me to try anti snoring nasal spray. I am looking for best spray can any one suggest me. Any help will be greatly appriciated.

    Hi Olivia,

    I snore too. I've tried all kinds of over-the-counter remedies and frankly they're all snake oil! Have you asked your doctor about this? Referral to a sleep clinic or an ENT specialist might help.

    have you tried snoreeze, I tried it but never knew if it was effective.  But you can see if it is still on the market with an internet search. Ebay sell s it from 7.40 sterling

    Hi Olivia it might be an idea to get tested for Sleep Apnea. I have it and now have a machine. Good luck.

    Hi I've snored for years very loud so my children say. I went to the doctor I'm now seeing a consultant at the sleep disorder clinic for sleep apnoea. Also my daughter snored loud she was sent to ENT where she had her adenoids cauterized and her tonsils out. So it may be worth seeing your G.P to find out what's causing you to snore so loud
