can anyone suggest some cure for Balanitis? Tried everything but nothing seems to work

I would give some background of my situation. First time I had Balanitis it was around 15 years ago. I took anti fungal tablets and used creams and it went away

Whenever it recurred (around 4-5 times since the first time it happened) I applied antifungal cream and it used to go away.

Since past one year it became very severe and anti fungal creams were not helping. I went to see the doctor and he prescribed anti fungal tablets and creams but the redness on and around the penis didnt subsided. After taking all types of anti virals, anti fungals etc I was fedup and tried homeopathy. It really worked well and for one year I was fine as I was regulary taking homeopathy medicine. But as soon as I stopped the medicine it again came back. There is such a bad smell and I cant push back the skin to clean it because its so much painful.

I have been searching for a solution but have not been able to find it. I have restarted homeopathy again yesterday but is there anyone who was able to get rid of it permanently as this is ruining my personal life.

    get yourself circumcised is the only way to get rid of it forever.
