Dear ram,
I think they could either be genital warts or molluscum contagiosum. You can Google them to find out more, but they are both very common viral STDs. If possible, you should try to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and to get checked for other infections. Your ex-partner should do the same as well.

Hello all,
so i went to a doctor and he saw it and as soon as he saw it he touched it and squeezed it with his hands and he was 100% sure that it was Sebaceous cysts. what are the chances that he diagnosed this correctly? should i still be worried? it has been a month now and they look the same and nothing changed.

They are much more in keeping with genital warts than sebaceous cysts. You should try to see a specialist in sexually transmitted diseases.

the doctor i went to is a specialist in STD and he also told me thats you can move the inside of the cyst around and he showed it to me while doing so.. also they appeared after a day or 2 when i shaved and injured the area with old razor.
do you still think i should go to another doctor?
Much appreciated @adhari83393

I'm a bit surprised by the diagnosis of sebaceous cysts on the penis for 3 reasons:
I think you have genital warts and you should try to see another doctor to start some treatment for this.
