hi, can anyone tell me what these spots, im a virgin and im too afraid to tell to my parents, i had these since 4 years back when i was 12 and now i think its still becoming worse, im not sure:
picture 1. like pimples on my penis? i feel like this came from my wrong technique of masturbating as i used to rub the skin with the penis head.. (im not circumcised)
picture 2 & 3. below the head of the penis there are like a lot of bumps over there.... sometimes it becomes white like the third picture, but most of the time its the second picture.

thank you very much guys, i remember when i had these i thought i was gonna die but then i checked the internet but still not sure wheter its harmful or not.. i really wanna know what these are and wheter is harmful or not..

Lumarc, these are all a natural part of the make up of an adult penis. They mainly develop from sexual maturity onwards and they may continue to develop until you are in your mid-to-late 20's.
If you are going to look up anything on the internet look for Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) Fordyce Spots.
What you have may not be typical and pictures you view may look quite different, but what you have is a natural part of your penis.
In picture 1 the pimples are also naturally present only they look slightly irritated - do them a favour by only using water to wash your penis with, when you take a shower pull the foreskin forward to protect the sensitive skin on the head of your penis, once you have washed and rinsed everywhere else, expose the head and just use the running water and the inside of your hand to wash the head with. Just as important, make sure it is completely dry with a clean dry towel that ONLY you use.
For masturbation, if you like to use some form of lube get yourself some coconut oil for use on th skin, not hair, you only need a light coating .....
