Noticed it a bit ago, it's hard, hurts a bit more than surrounding skin if you squeeze(added other side to compare). Added another thing I'm not sure what it is(black spot inside foreskin), I suspect it is penile melanosis, any idea?

That white stuff where the glans and shaft meet looks worrisome.
As for the dark spot, it may be just a freckle.
I have a few on my penis shaft and even one on my inner foreskin.
I talked to my family doctor about it, but he wasn't worried.
He said to start worrying if it changes.
That was years ago and it still looks the same.
