Can aquablation be done after urolift?

I have BPH with lateral lobe enlargement and medial lobe obstruction. Trying to figure out my options. Am considering urolift to treat lateral lobes, preserving all sexual function. If symptoms don't improve, one option would be aquablation to treat the medial lobe. This would also hopefully preserve sexual function also. Has anyone had experience with aquablation after urolift?

PUL is not favorable for the prostate median lobe. Consult doctors about the right procedure option.

To clarify, my urologist could not tell me how much of my symptoms are from the lateral lobes vs the medial lobe. He did tell me he could not treat the medial lobe with PUL. However PUL on the lateral loves would give me some relief - although he could not say how much. So the idea of aquablation as a second procedure is an option if the PUL isn't good enough. Seems like a logical approach in order to maintain sexual function and minimize trauma to the prostate. Just trying to find out if the aquablation can be done with PUL already in place.
