I have been suffering from bacterial vaginosis from a long time, it is recurring despite of trying many treatments. Recently I am in my pregnancy period, I have a question that can bacterial vaginosis lead to miscarriage?

it can cause pelvic inflammatory disease which can lead to miscarriage

It can happen only if you don't get treated. You always have to treat the infection so it doesn't cause further complications.
