can gabapentin cause sever anxiety.

i have been on gabapentin for over a year. i have a sensitivity to drugs. This drug has made me feel very suicidal. I have never felt this way in my life before. I have back pain, weak legs, urinating issues constipation. Yet nothing sever with mris or emgs. I AM VERY AFRAID gabapentin has made me worse not better (2years). Also double vision, racing heart and muscle weakness.Trying to get off it but it is very difficult. Also weird nightmares. I was normal walking 2 years ago. Not depressed. I think this drugs has confused my brain to what pain is and hot and cold sensations in my body. CONSTANT NERVE SENSATIONS IN MY SPINE & LEGS.CAN ANYONE ADVISE ME.

    My best advice to make every effort to come off this drug. I wouldn't let my doctor prescribe any of this sort of medication for my neuralgia. Try natural solutions or try to live with it. Hot weather helps me.

    hi, have your dr check for thyroid issues as it can cause many issues and some you are experiencing. My best wishes are with you.
