Can GHSV 1/2 be "bi-polar"?

Meaning can an ob happen concurrently on each "hemisphere" as opposed to all at once?
Two weeks ago, major 1st ob - still healing the worst of it but it's mostly over. Sequestered mostly to right side and centerline nerves of male genitals.
Now it feels like secondary outbreak which feels excuciating at times in short bursts but hasn't fully presented yet. Sequestered to the left side set of nerves. Same occasional shooting upper thigh and localized pain just like round 1 on the right.
Is this a thing? Do I get to enjoy 2 more weeks of this 1st ob?
Doing everything I can to suppress this one from what I have learned but it doesn't feel like I can avoid a second dose of it. The original ob caught me way off guard so hopefully I can not be in agony for days.
Cheers!

Also, seems like I have dual HSV-1. The blisters behind the ear lobe give it away as that is presenting at the same time as GH (albeit very mild... so far).
And since I have not been uncelibate the likelyhood of HSV-2 is pretty low. We both have probably had HSV-1 for many years and somehow through intimacy with my wife, it got transferred to GH through oral most likely. She's getting tested too soon but shows no obvious symptoms of either form.
That sound right? Super severe 1st ob + emerging very mild soring (mostly just tingly lips, behind ear symptoms and rear jaw sensitivity). It'll help me with the hunt and what to expect. Although, I have read plenty here that HSV-1 is the "lucky" one that most everyone has and few know it.
Perhaps recent poor health / diet, very high stress, poor sleep, alcoholism is what "triggered" it all in the first place. I'm deeeefinitely going to fix those.

Pretty sure I should be concerned about that one more than anything else.

Bro, you are on the wrong forum for these types of clinical technical questions regarding hsv. I recommend submitting a question to NP Terri Warren on the Westover Heights forum. It's well worth the $20.
You can also get close to professional advice on the herpes life forum. Their is an excellent international community on that site. I am speaking from experience. I have been through a lot over the past year regarding this stuff.

Thanks for the info. It ended up being a false alarm after seing the doc and simply eye irritation from dust scratching my cornea. All is good now.
Having a hotline is a good idea though. This stuff is withering psychologically as if ... imagine knowing more than likely every few months an "Alien" chest burster was just going to fly out of your sensitive bits.
Knowing the pain is enough to cause terror at the slightest irregularity.
Cheers.
