Can hardly stand in my living room

My anxiety has been so extreme that I can't even sit at my dining room table to eat or sit in my living room. I get dizzy and anxious and I feel a panic attack coming on so I immediately run back upstairs and lay in bed. Anyone else having a hard time leaving their bed/bedroom? Anyone feel anxious all of the time, even at home? I need reassurance.

I'm just longer in medication, haven't taken meds in over 2 years now. I once tried Celexa, Lexapro, and Prozac. I eventually just became frustrated with it all and none of the meds were helping so I quit. I used to see a counselor but stopped, wasn't helping much either. I recently saw a psychologist, but it was my first time with her. Her office makes me extremely anxious and she's about an hour away from my house so I'm not sure how I'll be able to see her again if I'm stuck in bed all day. What's this benzo?

Yes I’ve had this before lol. Definitely one of the worst symptoms of anxiety.
I couldn’t even get up to pee. Was scared to get up & eat, if I had any appetite. Was scared to be left alone because I though my i had a heart problem & would die any minute.
My suggestions? Obviously to try & cut down your anxiety. I know it’s easier said than done but try your best. I also increased my salt & fluid intake. & Finally, I got up a lot slower, when I would lay down I’d keep my head leveled above my body, & exercised. I’d start with brief walks everyday & breathing techniques. In through the nose, hold it, then exhale through the mouth.
I know it’s hard but you’ll get better. As long as you believe in yourself anything is possible ??.
God Bless.

Thank you for replying! You've mentioned everything I've felt. I've been trying to exercise, hopefully it will help and I've also been trying to spend some times away form my bed. I've been trying to spend more time in the living room. Even using the restroom is difficult, which is quite terrifying. Never mind taking a shower. Everyday activities just feel like a chore. I appreciate your response. Thanks again. x
