Can I get any relief?

Posted , 3 users are following.

It's been almost 2 months and this same feeling of hopelessness, feeling alone, fatigued, foggy and never wanting to be alone just won't seem to let up. Can someone, anyone give me hope that there will be a better tomorrow. This is my first time in my life that something like this has happened.

Sorry to hear this. Think about what you think is causing this. Did someone treat you poorly or are you overwhelmed. Have you recently started a new medication? Sometimes life can just get you down for a bit and you might need a counselor to help you figure this out. I will tell you science is saying vitamin D defiecency makes you get depressed so if you can pick up some vitamins and start taking them today hooefully within a couole of weeks it will feel better. They sell a sad light too it helps your body make vitamin D. But yes it does get better. Look at life as a crooked road with peaks and valleys. And just know as you crawl out of the valley it becomes nicer shortly there after. Feel better

It won't fix itself you can't just expect to magically get better, if you broke your legs you would have to rehabilitate yourself to learn to walk again, it's the same with your mental health. You have to work hard to get back to where you want to be.

    Go see your GP.

Teach yourself to relax. Learn deep breathing. Do exercise, sort your diet out. Stop expecting something to happen cause it won't.. Make something happen.

    Good luck
