i believe this is a skin tag, haven't been sexually active in almost 2 years. i also have a birthmark and fordyce spots that are ruining my confidence. is there anyway i can get at least this removed? its on the underside of my shaft. thanks!

this looks like genital warts.it will have to be removed by your doctor. there are different methods for removing them.
