Can I go back to 100mg after more than 6 weeks at 150mg?

I noticed only marginal benefits to no benefits until now. I also noticed a new pattern tinnitus and I think the increase might be even bad for me. I am in a valium taper and I raised zoloft because the intrusive thoughts became unbearable after a cut, but now I am holding.

Given this, I think my issues are with my glutamate levels and not enough gaba to counteract. I kinda regret updosing Zoloft... can I go back to 100mg after 6 weeks on 150mg or will I need to taper?

    Took 100mg yesterday and today and my intrusive thoughts are getting bad. I don't know what to do. Did I mess up with both the treatment and the taper routes?
