Can i have Cealic Disease?

I have had stomach pain for years but lately it became unbearable. I realised that my pain got worse after i changed my bread. I suspected for gluten intolerance. I had all the symptoms & did a blood test & it was negative. During this time i have been almost gluten free and i feel 1000 times better. But i never feel fully and i spend all day eating fruits and other foods. I have been skinny all my life and this week i gained 2-3kg. My parents insist of eating again breand and gluten now that the results came but i don't want to. My doctor told me to do an endospocpy + biopsy just to make sure but my parents think that it's not nessesary.  Can i be gluten intolerant despite my negative results?

You can be sensitive to gluten without having coeliac disease.  The blood test is not absolutely accurate, some people have a negative test but are subsequently found to have coeliac disease and vice versa, so it is best to have biopsies taken during an endoscopy sessions just to be certain.  Incidentally, you will need to consume gluten for a time prior to the endoscopy session otherwise you will have false results.
