Can I have ETD

...if my ear pressure is within normal limits? Everytime they check, my ear pressure is normal, but the times they've check it, I wasn't having the syptoms of ear fullness or clicking noises.

The syptoms of ear fullness and clicking noises come and go, sometimes they show up for only a few hours a day, sometimes they're gone for days all together. Does ETD function that way, can it come and go like that?

Not in my experience dymaz, ETD you're usually stuck with for a very long time, unles to manage to open the tube by gently popping them.  I had the feeling my left ear wasn't quite right this morning, was the pressure against the eardrum though.....when that happens it's usually bad and unable to pop.  They can't see what's going on at the back of your eardrum by testing pressure.  I've been all through this myself.  Such an irritating condition, even looking down down into the ear, they still don't know what's happening the other side of the eardrum.  If it's shiny, that's supposed to indicate everything is fine.  Thank goodness I managed to pop mine today and so far it's stayed open.

When I get up in the morning I feel 100%normal.After about 10 minutes the pressure in my head & ears cuts in & stays in varying strengths throughout the day.Two specialists say I have ETD .A further two say there is no evidence of ETD.A senior audiologist says that all the scans I've had don't show any evidence either. My GP s remarks are unprintable,He tells me that he has no idea of what to do.GO FIGURE

When you feel the pressue, does the pressure come with some type of low seashell like or air leaking sound?

Thankfully it doesn't dymaz. No pain either, just lots of pressure. My ears feel blocked & talking one to one is fine, but more than that ,then clarity becomes a problem.
