Can I have herpes being a virgin?

Hello, I'm 25 years old woman and a small, red-ish, single bump appeared close to my labia/genital area. It is not the first time it appeared tho, and it looks like to be in the same (or close) spot. It doesn't look like a pimple or a ingrown hair problem (I don't shave there). I'm freaking out bc the symptoms pointed it to be herpes... but I'm a virgin! I mean, I'm a complete virgin. I had never had any sort of oral sex either and it's been years since I kissed someone. Can It be possible I have herpes? I know there's a possibility to get it from birth, but it seems unlikely imo. I'm freaking out bc I can't go to the doctor rn. I need some help!!

She wants peace of mind she is going crazy over these bumps can't afford a dr visit. She can afford the blood test or culture of the bump since that can be done by the nurse. That is why I suggested. I 1st suggested free clinic or health department because a dr would instantly tell her yes this is or isn't herpes. I had a culture done on a bump I thought was herpes it was negative. I dismissed symptoms because of that later got a blood test turns out I had herpes. That again is why I said blood test although I don't think at all this is the case for her. Better safe than sorry tho.

Update! I went to a different doctor to threat an infected pimple down there, and asked her to look and this bump I described ( that I don`t know if it appeared again or just never left) and she told me that it looks like herpes and even asked me to take the blood test and now im.... lost??? The other doctor told me it was folliculitis and this one says it`s herpes?? I keep questioned her about the fact that I`m a complete virgin and how could I possibly had contated herpes down there and she was all like "this is normal and I shouldn't be worried about it ( but I know she was just trying not to make me worry ). But I keep researching and ppl keep telling me it's impossible to have herpes down without have any sort of sexual activity!! I'm so lost I'm just.... i don't know what to do! I thinking about coming back to my first doctor and question her about it,, but i'm just so lost right now.
