i would buy and consume if there were no allergens hi-lighted and if no wheat rye or barley. Not all products tell you they are gluten free, but does not mean you cannot have them. Through the passage of time you will learn, don't despair.

i think i panicked, i saw the word coating and knew were weren't allowed that.nowhere on the packaging it didn't highlight any ingredient. i was told that yeast extract could be bsrley malt extract, that's what i was scared of.

As long as there are no gluten containing ingredients listed in bold you should be fine. If the yeast extract was made using barley malt it would have to appear in bold. There are yeast extract jars listed in the Coeliac UK Food Checker app which are ok to eat. Are you a member of Coeliac UK? It is well worth joining. I know it can be a mine-field when you're first diagnosed. Good luck with your gluten free journey - once you get used to it it will easy as there are so many gf products and eating out is so much easier than it used to be.

hi all the people who have commented, because they're different wedges i think i was over cautious. maybe they are safe, there's no allergens listed in bold so maybe i'll try them.
