Can I relax? Advice needed

Posted , 3 users are following.

so ive gone through a few months of anxiety... numerous tests completed. i have had back pain for 2 months which my doctor has diagnosed as intercostal Neuralgia.

i have had microscopic hematuria which ive done CT Scan and nothing was found.

ive had ultrasound and again...everything was fine.

blood results normal ranges

kidney function results normal ranges

i am still worried. ....thinking my kidneys could be cause of the pain but this surely has been ruled out and ive had diagnosis already for the back pain

should i move on and trust that im fine.

im 36 and in general best shape ive been in. not losing weight...have good normal appetite

advice would be great

yes you can relax. All your testing was normal.

When we have anxiety it puts negative doubtful thoughts in our mind which are not based on fact or reality.

did you know that over 80% of people worldwide have back pain at some point in their life. It’s extremely common. There are so many non-serious reasons for this. some are pulled muscle, inflammation, stress, sleeping positions, lifting, and on and on.

my sister also has an unexplainable back pain that has persisted for a long time. She is completely healthy. It’s just is annoying for her.

it’s important to be aware of what anxiety can do regarding how we think about things. Because that way you can I have some peace of mind. You’re going to be just fine. keeping yourself busy will allow you to focus on other things. take care

Well, Gary, it sounds like you are fine and probably healthier than me so I think you can definately relax now. You have been thouroughly checked out and there is nothing wrong with you. Anxiety always likes to make us think there is something wrong with us, but there isn't, so relax.
