Hello Sue. I read somewhere, I believe in a newsletter on this website, that you should stay away from children(I believe that haven't had chicken pox) and pregnant woman. I wish I could tell you where to look, but unfortunately I can not. I would definitely check into it though. Hope you get over them quickly. JMAC Sorry I wasn't a better help to you.

Hi Sue. Its 10 days before the spots come out .......thats when you should not be in contact ......so if the spots are out you should be fine......i know everyone will say different.......but i have been having shingles for more than 20yrs.......also i can take them twice a year.....and  people would say to me that you can only take shingles once...DONT BELIEVE THEM LOL

Look after your self as it can take a lot out o you x

You are so right, I have had shingles on my right thigh and Virginia ten different times in one year. That was just this year. After breaking out so many times over the last six years you would think I would stop counting. Lol a good sense of humor helps sometimes. I have had people tell me to get the shot. That gets old explaining it would do no good. Keep smiling it sometimes takes the pain away, not really, but anyways.
