ive read horrible reviews on the withdrawls of mirtazapine. i just got the medication and only took one dosage of 7.5 mg last night.. if i only took one pill at night can i stop cold turkey with no withdraws??

Absolutely not, 1 day of using it is not going to cause withdrawal. Withdrawal is when you system got used to the drug. Take care
