Myself 32 male from India having hypothyroidism from 2 years and currently under medication (Thyronorm 88mcg).
with this condition,can I include biotin suppliment in my regular diet.
I have read that, biotin will interfere in TSH levels if so what is the alternative.

Over the counter medications are usually much safer than prescribed medications. However they do not work as well, its good to speak to the pharmacy staff.
