I never have breakfast so it would be 4 pills a day. I have no health problems.

I think you should follow the doctors advice. Its important not to take 2 high dosage medication tablets are once. Its dangerous. I wouldnt recommend it, i suppose it also depends how often you do this. One time is not a problem, but over time if you keep doing it, you will suffer for those choices.
