Can I trust the Doctor?

So Background: had unprotected oral around Feb/March. Fast forward to end of July started having frequent urination and pain when sitting and sometimes a tingling feeling in my penis. Go to doctor he does a regular UA and physical exam. I ask about possible STI and he said that’s not it.
Then my lower to mid abdomen started to become uncomfortable. Like bloated and not much appetite. Never threw up but did have a lot of burping. Seems to make symptoms worse with a lot of moving around. Go back to the doctor. Does UA again, draws blood and does an H pylori test. I come back positive for H. Pylori. I ask again about possible STI infection, again he says that is not it. I would have symptoms like a rash or discharge. Also said that there was nothing in my labs to suggest I had an STI.
Now I am not sure that he did any kind of STI testing and I am worried about asymptomatic Chlamydia. Advice please? Do I go along with what the doctor says?

The urine analyysis. Was it just a dip stick test or did they send a sample off?
If it's a dip stick test there and then it will just be a test for nitrates - which is a general indicator of urine infection.
They would have to send a urine sample off to do a specific test for Chlamydia.
The oral sex. That was someone sucking you off?? To catch C that way your partner would have to have it in their throat, which can happen. The transmision rate in that direction (throat to penis) isn't very high I believe.

I am not sure. he told me it wasnt STI, because I had no symptoms and my labs didnt show any signs of infection. my question is even though you wouldnt be able to tell exactly what STI it is, would you have abnormal UA or blood test?
My main concern being Chlamidiya since it can be asymptomatic and my concern is from an unprotected oral (reciecing) event back in Feb.

If you are talking about the dipstick test for nitrates, I would say not necessarily. I got tested a few months back. The dip stick test showed only a trace of Nitrates, but the proper lab urine test showed positive for Chlamydia.
