Can I use -0.50 contact lenses for eye with -0.25

Hi my eyes are -0.25 and -0.50, but contact lenses which I'm planning to get are from -0.50 down, can I wear ones that are -0.50 instead of -0.25 and will it damage my sight ?

It will not damage your sight, some people can tolerate a slightly different power while others can not. Will have to try and see.

I use -0.50 contact lenses and it's ok. I think it can damage eyes only if your lenses was not clear enough. I get my ones here: (if it not prohibited to share a link). You can contact this eye center and ask them direct, if it really ok to use it.
