Can I use skin moisturizer on my penis?

Hi, I'm uncircumcised and my penis skin is very dry so can I use regular skin moisturizer on my penis skin and on foreskin?

    You have first to understand why your penis is dry. It could be an infection from bacterial, fungus or even a skin condition, or, if its physiological, because you have born like this.

    After you know the cause, than you could start doing something to provide the problem.

      I don't think I have an infection of any sort. I think it could be physiological as you said because my penis skin has always been little dry.
