Can identify what’s wrong with urthera

In january my meatus was purple, it ached but went away within a day or 2. Ever since then its looked off. i get a faint itching from time to time and when im erect the tip of my penis will feel uncomfortable sometimes. the symptoms are not consistent but seem to come and go. it appears i have some urthritis. My doctor told me its normal, my uriologist tested my urine sample and found nothing. I want to know why my urthera walls are white in spots and why there appears to be blood. This is really

affecting my quality of life at this point so any help would be nice. im 18 if that matters. and i havent had sex in 8months, i always use a condom too. imageimage
