Can Ischemic stroke be caused by laying down?

Forgot that I had registered on this forum more than 5 years ago, and my previous posts are related to this question. In those posts I described symptoms that I believed were possibly neurological as did others who replied to me, but it took another 4 years for me to get diagnosed, and then only through my optician.

I just got fed up of doctors ignoring me for so long, I had told them over and over that the problem is in my occipital lobe and that I need a brain scan, but the only way I got that scan was by going to the opticians and asking if they could detect brain problems with an eye test, they did and sent me to a&e at Moorefileds, ii transpires that I have multiple occipital infarcts caused by stroke.

Apparently the location of these infarcs are known to cause symptoms similar to MS or Fibromyalgia, and I had repeatedly asked to be sent to appropriate specialists, but this never happened.

I continue to have frequent TIA's, and most commonly in my sleep, the last one being yesterday, Sunday 29th Sept.

I have told doctors from the start that all my symptoms seem to be caused by laying down, but as usual no one has listened to a word I say.

Is it possible that blood flow to the brain is being restricted somehow when laying down?
