Palpitations with Left Chest Pain

Hello Dear Fellows

I am a 37 years old male and have complaints of left side chest occational pain since long, say 5-6 years.Since last year i am having these Heart Palpitations, Bounding heart at Night when in Bed.they are slow say pulse is around 70 and regular.but i feel vibration. Was scary so visited a cardiologist. Had my ECG done.came out normal except for tachycardia (which obviously i was scared)

Had ECHO came out Normal.

Had Blood tests (CBC ,Lipid Profile) Came Out Normal.

Had my ETT which also came out Normal.i reached my Target Heart Rate.and Result was Negative.

Doc precribed me a Beta blocker that its anxietynothing else.

Used beta blocker for a month they stopped due to side affects.and my palpitations lessened but not gone.

I have started feeling very lightheaded now.(of which i doubt homeopathic medicine which i used for palpitations, it worked for my palpitations but now stopped that aswell as i want to be sure this lightheadedness is necause of that)but always dizzy feel like gonna faint

Havent fainted yet though, sometimes even headache.

And I instantly get a chest pain when tension comes arround.Chest pain is more frequent now.Do i need to undergo further test as another cardiologist suggested me CT Angiography .

I am never breathless except that i Run.

I have this pain always sitting never due to physical exertion.

Regards

Ali

i visited two cardiologists and one internal medicine specialist.

    1 cardiologist said its anxiety

Other cardiologist said i am sure its nerve pain still go for CT Angio.(I am really scared of that).

Internal Medicine specialist suggested me to see a Psychiatrist.

It sounds like your having symptoms of anxiety. This is probably the reason why the doctor prescribed you anxiety medication. In any case the tablets should do wonders for your issues, over time.
