Lots of Bleph sufferers use Manuka honey and have found good results from it. Try to buy medical grade honey as this is the best and purest to use in eyes. Good luck.

Use medical grade honey and mix with ordinary artificial tears or saline eye drops. One drop of each and mix. You can do this on a plate. make sure your hands and fingers are well washed. Dip a finger in the mix and work into the edges of your eyelids. Its Ok if some gets in the eyes. Best to do this before bed for the best results. Make sure you make a fresh mix every time and the plate and your fingers are always scrupulously clean. You can also buy Manuka honey eye drops. Try both methods, you may find one better than the other.
