Can mono be mistaken for cancer?

About a month or two ago I was not feeling well. I had a high fever, tiredness, headaches so I went to a walk-in place got a covid test and it came back negative so I just forgot all about it. A week or so goes by and I start feeling bad again so I take my temperature and I still have a high fever so I tell my mom, she takes me to the walk-in, i get a covid, step, and biofire test done. All come back negative so I get my blood drawn and tested for a mono which does come back positive but i'm not so sure. Maybe i'm just a hypochondriac but I looked up the symptoms for leukemia and I have a lot. Nose bleeds when I've never gotten them before, constant fever, constant bone pain, headache, petechiae which I've also never gotten before. I haven't been to the doctor since and I haven't told anybody any of this even though I am still running a fever. But even if I try to tell my mom all of this she'll just dismiss it and call me crazy and I'm a minor with no car so I can't just go to the doctor myself. Could I be right or am I just crazy? What should I do?
