Can muscle tension/anxiety/stress cause pelvic pain and feel like you need to pee?

I’ve been pretty stressed these past few days. Usually about my bladder or vagjayjay. I’m not sure why, but I think it’s because I read an article about bladder health and vaginal hygiene. Well, I’m convinced I have bladder cancer or some vaginal infection. Pretty sure I don’t have blood in my urine. My urine is almost always clearish yellow or yellow. Dark yellow when I’m dehydrated. Sometimes, I feel like my pee is hot? It’s not burning my skin, just feels warm. I don’t have pain when I’m peeing but I could feel this slight pain in my pelvic when I stretch. This didn’t happen a few days ago? The weird thing is, the pain, the frequent urination all came with the stress and anxiety. I wasn’t stressed or anything and then a few days ago, boom, started to get super stressed and then these symptoms showed? On Tuesday, after reading the articles, I spent the whole evening thinking about what if I have bladder cancer, cervical cancer, or some infection? I noticed I started to pee a lot more that evening after stressing out. On Wednesday, I was hanging out with my Friends and being totally stress free. I felt no pain, and I didn’t pee a lot like yesterday and today. But now, My shoulders kinda hurt. My arms are a bit sore. Is this all muscle tension? I can’t stop thinking I have another type of cancer. I’ve convinced myself I have at least a dozen type of cancers. When I keep stressing about my bladder or vagjayjay, I feel like the more obvious the pain and the more I have to pee even though I didn’t drink as much water. Like my bladder is pressured or something. I keep having the feeling of needing to pee but then it’s either I can’t (because I JUST PEED A FEW MINUTES AGO) or it’s only a little amount. Pretty sure my pee doesn’t smell because I don’t really smell any odors. Don’t see blood. I’m still hungry like..24/7. I gained weight actually. I lost a dramatic amount of weight after my vacation and now I gained like half of it back. The color is yellowish clear, clear, or yellow. It doesn’t look cloudy at all. I’m just curious if this is a common symptom of anxiety. When I’m really stressed or anxious about something, I keep needing to pee? Does anxiety also cause muscle tension? I’m 16 btw and you can probably guess I’m a female because of the vagjayjay worries.

Honestly it sounds like just a mild water infection, nothing sinister but I'd see your doctor for best treatment options.
In answer to your question, anxiety and stress can contribute to nearly everything you can think of, so yes it can make you feel like peeing more or cause pains. All urine is warm, if it's burning again that could just indicate a water infection which is easily treatable. Colour ranges all sound normal my experience. Vitamin C is good to have if you have urinary issues.
I highly doubt is cancer but just be honest about your worries with your doctor, they'll put your mind at ease. Also don't read those articles or Google, it'll only make you stress more. Xx

It's not burning. I find it warm sometimes, especially if I've been holding in my pee. Actually, I feel like my urine is always warm but sometimes the urine stream is not as strong and then it touches my skin which makes me more aware of the temperature. Is a water infection same thing as urinary infection?

Yeah basically the same thing. But usually with those you get the burning sensation, pain when peeing and it can look a bit off/cloudy. Warm is perfectly normal but if in doubt seek your dr's advice. x

I'm having a similar issue to you. I have been like it for 2 months now. Had roughly 4 urine tests, 2 swab tests, 2 blood tests and a third one in a couple weeks time, I have seen an ultrasound specialist who scanned everything that could cause the issue and lastly I saw a urologist early this week. I had to made precautions like carrying a bottle everywhere I went, I avoided going out on foot for the entirety of the two months and only went out twice a week for a car journey so I actually went out. The verdict from the urologist is that it seems to be purely in my head.
I am not telling you this to scare you, I am telling you to show that anxiety can very easily cause these issues. I have been told to try and live life and ignore the feeling. I would urge you to visit a doctor and tell them how you are feeling, that should atleast ease some of the worry and may help relieve your anxiety. A tip I have found to be somewhat useful is to not give the anxiety any power or acknowledgement. The more you think that you need to pee, the more you will convince yourself you actually do need to go pee. This gets you into a predicament where you are getting anxious (may be something unrelated in your life even if you are not fully aware of it) and then feeling the urge to pee and then that makes you more anxious and it just feeds itself to make it worse. Try to ignore it, I understand it is difficult because I am currently struggling with it myself but you have to do your best.
Wish you all the best,
Shane

I would advise you discuss this with your GP, you sound like an Anxiety sufferer although only your GP can diagnose that.
