Can muscular headaches last weeks ?

Hi not even sure if its a muscular headache ive got but its been going on now for about 10 weeks. Its all at back of my head and spreads to above ears. Feels sore to touch and alnost sometimes like my head being squeezed. Anyone have symptoms like this or have tension headache last this long ?
