well, how bout you live your life like there is no virus? My doctor told me to shut the news off and i have for 3 weeks and my anxiety is much better. How about you guys try that. No news, means, no bad news and nothing to worry about. Just saying it seems to be working for me

Yes, we are all having a hard time. All of us anxiety sufferers have heightened anxiety from this pandemic. You are not alone. Dont be scared, you are NOT going to catch the virus and die. Stop over thinking every little thing that goes wrong. Its allergy season. Its most likely an allergic reaction to the pollen and mold spores, or dust in the air that is causing the tickle in your throat and cough. The allergy kicks off your sinuses and creates phlem and mucus which slide down your throat and irritate it as well as cause you to cough. Try an over the counter sinus/allergy medicine, and a decongestant. I am betting after taking those meds after a few days you will feel better again. We are all scared, and we all do not want to catch the virus. And we are all experiencing symptoms we normally dont get. So take my advice, if thats not it, maybe a doctor or psychiatrist can tweak your anxiety meds. okay, feel better.

i am sorry for your loss also. But you better start eating more. Food helps build up your immunities to fight off illness, not eating is not the right way to go at this particular time. No good can come from it.
