A while ago, I took a very short course of Naproxen for Prostatitis pain. The Naproxen irritated my stomach a lot and I feel my digestive system has not been the same since.
Could the Naproxen have caused what became IBS?

hmm not really but it may add to the irritation you have had from the naproxen, talk to your doctor, i take you don't take it any more?

No, I only took it during that short period and haven't touched it since, as I had such a bad reaction to it.
