We'll need more information to be able to offer advice.  What was the injury, and what kind of discharge are you getting?

me and my gf we was having sex she was ontop of me so as she was riding me my penis was out but she continued the motion like it was still inside which hurt me so bad .i didnt feel pain next day but every time was erect i could feel it and this was may 12 .i got discharges i hought its because we had unprotected sex but after doing std test and uti which came negative i am starting to think its because i hurt myself.i tool a week and half  withouth any sexual thing and the discharges were reducing like some days i wouldnt see any untill maybe late at night but last night when i masterbated which was painful during ejaculation i started having discarges again looked like drips of pee which would come out randomly like every 2 hours i checked my penis.my question is could this be vessel that i hurt during sex.should i take more time to let it heal or could this be permanet thing.

I would have suggested you see a doctor straight after the injury, as a penile fracture (if that's what it is) can be very bad news.  Did you not mention your symptoms when you were getting tested?  Either way, I think you should see a doctor, and I think you should do it sooner rather than later.

If it's almost two months ago, and you're still able to masturbate, then it can't be a bad penile fracture, but it sounds like something inside might be damaged, and I would get it checked out asap.
