Can pre-cum cause pregnancy?

Can pre-cum touching the outer (opening) area of the vagina make you pregnant? What are the chances of pregnancy occuring? Should I be worried? 

No penetration, no full ejaculation, peed 2 times since last ejaculation.

    We have always been told that any ejeculation has the potential to cause pregnancy. There was a program in the UK "Embarrassing Bodies" where they did an experiment to see if it was true..... They found that not only is it true but there is a very high chance of pregnancy too.

    Slippery blighters those sperm.  Yes you can get pregnant.
