Can rashes from thrush come and go?

everytime I get a yeast infection I get a rash it only lasts for between 12 and 24 hours of raised red bumps they are usually gone before the doctor can even see me they dont itch they are just there, and they disappear before the yeast infection has even been treated..I finally got a picture of them but these stuck around for just over 24 hours...and I know it's terrible but I itched for a heavenly 2 minutes to get some relief..but I am curious if anyone else gets a rash like this that disappears that fast with a yeast infection..my doctor just kinda shrugs..but it makes me very worried that I have herpes every time..

I cannot figure out how to message people on here. but I posted pictures in another post cause the rash changed and I have chylmadia and yeast right now. I'm actually worried its herpes still I've never had the rash look like this but then again I've never had both chylmadia and yeast idk. but I posted pictures on another post if you wanna take a look.

you need to clear both up
