Hi guys,I'm having an issue with my pennis for over six months now, so wanted to ask you for the help before I go to the doctor. My glans is kinda dry, it's irritating me also, I was doing some research and I think it might be Balanitis, but I'll attach couple pics so hopefully somebody can tell me what it might be...
Thank you very much.

Hello, i think this is not Ballantis. For how many days your skin are dry. I have also that kind of dry but for some days and after everything is okey and go to normal. Also i have one more question (picture number 3) i see you have little narrow , do you have that little narrow when you are erect , beacause i have operation for short frenulum and after that i have narrow under the scar that left me, and iam worried that i can get Peyronies diseaseas with sex acts.Thank you.

This is the classic signs of excessive dried skin on the head of your penis - for the vast majority of males this issue is related to what the skin of glans / head and foreskin is in contact with.
For the majority of cases, this is simply down to the regular use of soap and things like shower gel to wash the penis with - you may also have a skin condition developing around your Meatus, which is the outlet from the Urethra - I would try measures to control the dried skin first and monitor what is happening around your meatus.
Should this stay the same or worsen after 6 to 8 months you would need to see a Dermatologist to help you treat it. What you need to do is clear your penis with water only, here is part of one of my Guides to further help you:
.
Penile Hygiene Protocol to Combat Penile Problems
.
In the mean time abstain from applying anything at all to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand and fingertips only. Don't apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can.

Alright, thanks a lot for giving me advices for what to do I really appreciate that.
I just wanted to add, first I had couple(two i think) pimples showed up right out of my Meatus then turned into what you see on pictures then after I've done some research on the internet I bought some antifungal cream then started applying it on my glans. That's actually when my skin started getting dry, I think I did it with antifungal cream honestly.
These pictures where it looks extremely dry are taken right after the shower.
Here is what it looks like on a daily basis:

Okay, I consulted an online dermatologist .
Here is my diagnose :
I have reviewed your case and the submitted digital images. Based on the information provided and a reasonable degree of medical certainty, it is my medical opinion that your skin condition is Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus.
What is Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus?
Lichen sclerosis is an autoimmune inflammatory skin disease characterized by the presence of white plaques and thinning patches on the skin, penis, vaginal, perianal region and mucosal surfaces.
How is Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus diagnosed?
Lichen sclerosus is a clinical diagnosis based on visual inspection of affected areas. A skin biopsy can be helpful in cases that are less clinically obvious, or where squamous cell carcinoma is suspected.
I got some Clobetasol prescribed.
