Can somebody help me to diagnose what this is?

ive had dry patches on my back for about two years now. recently developed the red scabs/marks.

ive treated it twice with scabies cream to no avail. it is moderately itchy but i cannot cope without scratching it, usually gets irritated by clothes and bedding. Hot baths and showers tend to irritate it.

Really beginning to get me down now and its horrible to deal with.

    You really need to see a doctor or a dermatologist. That rash could be anything from scabies to acne. Only when you have a proper diagnosis can you start the correct treatment. Dont wait any longer.
