hey i woke up to a itchy feeling a few days back and gradually saw these marks appear. it does not itch a lot or burn during while I shower. Could you someone tell me what is it ? i think its an insect bite. It's only on the side where I sleep and nowhere else. my room is kinda dirty and I haven't changed my sheets in a while

Possibly bed bug bites. You need to get that bedding washed at a high temperature, completely strip the mattress and vacuum clean it both sides....you may find traces of the bugs. Clean the whole room,get rid of all rubbish. Vacuum the carpet/floor thoroughly, making sure you get in all the corners. Once bed bugs set in they are difficult to get rid.
