Can someone confirm if this is lymphocele please???

hello I have this small red spot that recently appeared on my shaft about 4 days ago, the size has been the same since. There is NO burn, itch, discharge or any signs of being uncomfortable. After some research on various pimples, HPV, STD, it appears that this could be Lymphocele ? Recently I have had rough sex and i do masturbate often which are related signs from my readings. Attached is a photo

Does this look familiar and have you experienced anything like this? Any information will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

This is not a Lymphocele or even penile cyst in my opinion. What I would do: I would try a tiny bit of either liquid or cream versions of antiseptic for 4 to 8 days and see if it heals.

Do not apply anything else to your penis at all - avoid shaving, and if you can abstain from sex and masturbation this will very likely aid the healing process.

If it simply will not go away or fully heal, long-term you would need to get a Dermatologist to check it for you - certainly if it is still present in 3 months go get it checked

Hello thank you for the reply. Over the last 2 days ive been applying A&D cream and also avoiding sexual contact/masturbation. I made a doctors appointment just as a precaution. Based off the photos I shared with him he is not sure what it could be, but also suggested a few things which you mentioned.

I appreciate the reply, thank you.
