Can someone give me advice on what this might be

So back in January I had very itchy scrotum and ended up going to urgent care to check it out. The doctor told me at the time that it was most likely jock itch. I did have bumps along the side of my inner thigh that were very minor and given that I had just shaved (albeit with not the best razor at the time), I had him look at it and he told me not to worry about it. Fast forward to about a week ago I became itchy but not nearly as bad as the first time. I did notice that I had some red spots near my balls but did not find them painful to touch and did not have any other major symptoms. Can you tell me if they look like herpes?imageimageimage

    yes, this looks like a herpes outbreak. have you ben tested or looked at by a doctor?
