Hello There, Paula..
Yes, my dear you are DEEP in the throes of perimenopause. Suffice it to say, when you have NOT had a period for TWELVE consecutive months, then you will be DEEP in the throes of menopause! That being said, ALL three of the menos are absolutely horrific! I am DEEP in the throes of the final stage of this tsunami, which is post-menopause, and my symptoms got WORSE!! Anxiety is a HUGE factor in ALL of the menopause trios, especially health anxiety!! Headaches, hot flashes, and hormonal imbalance are very common, during these stages! My advice to you is this: DRINK TONS of water, find coping mechanisms to help you weather these storms, do your own research regarding the meno trios, and do the things that bring you JOY; your goal is to find some sense of normalcy to maintain your sanity!! That said, be well, my menopausal sistah!

Hey Paula....
Thank you. I hope the patches bring you SOME form of relief! That being said, I am on the ALL-NATUREL route, I take vitamins, DRINK tons of water, take walks, have a decent diet, and try to de-stress as much as possible! Suffice it to say, there are days, when post-menopause is sooooo... BADDDDDD, I want to be DOPED up with meds and hide in a DARK, super-clean closet, and stay there til this shiggedy is finally OVAA!!! Anyhoo, like most menopausal women, I weather the storms! On that note, be well, my menopausal sistah!
