Can someone please hear me out if I have this I’m 23 and apparently healthy but I’m not

hi ever since i had sex with my ex bf who gave me gonnorea its been bad, after our treatment 10 days we had sex like 7 times. my vagina hurt but i thought it was sore 6 days later i got body aches. i went to std clinic and i was negative with everything. i started getting on and off body aches and back pain and so i went to urgent care they said i have bacterial vagina....so i took pills but then my head now feels like a burning sensation on and off...it feels like a 10 when it comes so i went to hospital and they gave me an antibotic shot that worked for a day and now there saying i have a uti but im so healthy thats why they didnt take any other test like only blood work and urine sample. but what do i have ...it feels like an infection when it comes. i have body aches, pain on shoulder sometimes back and pain on head like a burning sensation.
