for over a year now, I have been having extremely off bowel movements. at first greasy foul smelling stool accompanied by pain, mucus (stringy coated) clear. thought it was candidia, maybe pin worm. my mother is a nurse and after a while she had me convinced I was fine it was nothing. a year later I realize just how not fine i am. migraines so severe they are disabling until recently i had no idea a migraine could be so bad. cant see cant talk know I have to do something but physically cant move. abdominal pain like stabbing sharp on n off pains. hard pebble like stool this has not changed. I'm losing hair like alot of hair. my t zone of the skin on my face is peeling off, dry. my nails on fingers and toes are practically peeling off. brittle, white vertical lines with the underneath looks like the underneath of a mushroom if that makes sense. I went to hospitals who basically laughed at me. no one has taken me serious. 2 months ago finnally got a hospital to give me a cat scan of my abdomen and brain they found a cyst on my spleen yet no specialist has gotten back to me. Idk if its delayed reaction time or what but I feel like I have brain fog x10 I hvnt been mentally myself in almost a year its overwhelming. I've been pulling strings out of my eyes I have moments where my vision is so blurry goo maybe. I pull my eye lid down n theres ivory, tan substance I touch n pull away my finger n it sticks pulling this thread out from under and across my eyeball. my hands have been swollen bright red, pain in my knees, there have been chunks of orange goo or like little brownish orange pieces in or on my stool. my stool now is covered in frothy mucus, speckled with again chunks of unidentifiable goo, strands. I've been caughing up excess amount of mucus that is grey, thick, ivory or clear like spaghetti stringy when I pull my fingers apart it looks like spaghetti. long strands or worms it looks like once I let it sit out. but you wouldnt be able to tell immediately cuz it comes up in weird balls. also my spit is the same I spit in the shower the other day and it looked like a solid circle with a tail. 🪕like that but obviously a donut hole in the middle. been having vaginal bleeding and finding worm like things on my pads. the last photos are of what I've been pulling out of my nose second one of just one stool and the first of my pad.. n my brain is so jumbled I cant even focus enough to figureout what to do I'm on same day with my primary next to impossible to see imageimageFile size is too bigimage

You will need go back to your doctor and push for tests. You have many symptoms going on which can only be diagnosed by a doctor. If you aren't getting help, change your doctor.

    Hi samantha

Some of your symptoms appear to be thyroid related losing hair, dry skin, dry and brittle nails. Get your thyroid checked. You can go on Thyroid Forum for more info. You should remind your doctor about the cyst on your spleen. Your other symptoms appear like an infection of a stomach fungal type. What is your diet like? do the bowel movement symptoms coincide with anything you have eaten? Keep a food diary to check, but do get your thyroid, spleen and a possible fungal infection checked. Take a stool sample to your doctor to be analysed....

Many of your symptoms indicate an iron deficiency in your system. A simple blood test will confirm.

have your thyroid checked. that's what it sounds like. also I think you need to cleanse your bowel out. Too many things going on all at once. Try a new doctor if present one isn't helping you..
